Software Used: Vue 6 xStream | Zbrush | Photoshop

That was my entry to the Eon Software's landscape contest - unfortunately couldn't make it to the finals. This one is the post worked version maybe I put the "postwork-less" version to my blog for comparison. Also wanted to post here a large version for you to see the details.

I hope you enjoy - comments & critics are welcome as always.

That's some beautiful textures, lumps and plants on that rock there. I'll have to check out Vue 6. :)

Cool rock formation!, reminds me of the ones that =nukeation makes in his Vue scenes. At first, I thought this was a small rock, maybe a few metres tall, but now that I see those forests on it...well, it looks much bigger :wow:

Very natural and realistic, in colours, lighting and even the distribution of trees too (especially on the left ;))

I really like how you put birds in your pics to show the size of the structure. This seems so majestic and at the same time, really humble and supportive.

Tesekkur ederim Serdalcigim. Render kolesi olarak tek cekirdekli Athlon 64 3700+ var 2gbramli. 8 saat civarinda surdü 2048 pixel render aldim - hazirladigim kaya kaplamalasi 4096 pixeldi cunku. Katildigim yarismada Postwork yasak oldugu icin texturleri renderden sonra duzeltemezdim o yuzden riske girmedim.
